applying for a small truck license for personal use

Individuals who are engaged in the industries listed in the attached table and have a valid driver's license for a small car or higher must submit one of the following certification documents and apply for a small truck license for their own use:
  1. A certificate issued by the professional trade union in the industry.
  2. Migrant workers who do not have a fixed employer should submit the certification documents of their occupational union. If they are unable to provide the certification, the applicant should submit the national identity card and the closing letter for examination.
  3. Those who are actually engaged in farming, fishery, animal husbandry, breeding, planting flowers and gardening shall attach the land ownership certificate or ship registration, pasture, gardening, and forestry registration certificate. If the applicant is unable to submit his own land ownership certificate, the application shall be handled in the following manner:
    • Submit a copy of the land ownership certificate in the name of the immediate blood relative or their spouse, and a copy of the household registration or national ID card, household register and other supporting documents.
    • The cultivated land lease or the type of recorded rights certified by the government agency is the permanent tenancy right establishment and other rights certificates.
    • After the applicant has verified that his spouse and parents of the spouse do not have a license for the self-use pickup truck, the applicant can obtain the license for the self-use pickup truck with the farmland of his spouse and parents as a helper.
  4. The limit for vendors is issued by the market management agency with a certificate for vendors.
  5. Individuals who simultaneously apply for large trucks and small trucks licenses for private use can only choose one.
The following industries can apply for a small truck license in accordance with the preceding paragraph:Serial number, occupation category, industry
  1. Farmers: self-cultivating farmers, semi-self-cultivating farmers, tenant farmers, helping farmers, self-tenant farmers, agriculture and animal husbandry, farm laborers, farmers, flower farmers, tenant farming, flower planting, agricultural handyman, vegetables, rice cultivation, fruit tree planting, forestry, miscellaneous grains, farming ,gardening.
  2. Livestock breeding: cattle breeding, pig breeding, sheep breeding, fish breeding, shrimp breeding, nine-hole breeding, chicken breeding, duck breeding, goose breeding, rabbit breeding, oyster breeding, breeding, beekeeping.
  3. Fishing: fishermen, fishermen, catchers, fisheries, and other fish.
  4. Family handicraft: rattan processing, bamboo processing, weaver.
  5. Woodworking: cabinetmaker, decorator, formworker, engraver.
  6. Cement workers: plasterers, geohydraulics, plasterers, marblers, grindstones.
  7. Painter: spray painter.
  8. Ironworker: sub-leader, fitter, lathe worker, milling machine worker.
  9. Plumbers: hydroelectric technicians, electric welders, freezers, air conditioner repairers, gas welders, hydraulics, electricians, electrical repairers, sinkers.
  10. Vendors: vendors, fish, meat, vegetables, etc.
  11. Environmental protection: second-hand goods trading industry.
  12. Excavator and earthwork: bulldozer, excavator.
  13. Other cleaners: egg processing, catering industry.
