Applicants should prepare documentary proofs as follows. 

• Vehicle owner's proofs of identification: (Registration for individuals: original copies of ID Cards, military ID Cards or alien residence certificate. 
• Seals.
• Original copy of vehicle registration. 
• One(two for large heavy duty motorcycle) license plate (if it is lost, a documentary proof of the case report that a police authority issues needs to be submitted.) . 
•  “Changes in the Registration for Automobile (Motorcycle)” in duplicate 
•  If a vehicle owner entrusts an agent, the agent's original ID Card should be enclosed.

• Those who have not paid unconcluded fines or disobeying traffic regulations or Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Act, or accumulated debts for vehicle license tax and fuel fee should pay off the debts first.
• If a vehicle is reclaimed by institutes authorized by Environmental Protection Administration, the vehicle owner should submit “Waste Motor Vehicle Recycling in Quintuplet.”
